| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分析多糖的单糖组成的简易方法。方法采用改良的薄层层析法鉴定单糖组成,并与气相色谱法对照。结果用改良的薄层层析法分析多糖的单糖组成,得到清晰的图谱,与气相色谱法结果一致。结论该展开系统可用于多糖的组成分析。

| Abstract: | Objective Purpose To investigate a simple and feasible method to analyze the monosaceharide composition of polysaccharide,Methods Apply modified TLC to analyze monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides and compare with that of GC method. Results Distinct figures indicating the monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides obtained by the modified TLC were well consistent with those from GC method.Conclusion The extending system can be used in monosaccharide composition analysis. |
