小果蔷薇化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的:研究小果蔷薇Rosa cymosa Tratt.中的化学成分。方法:运用多种色谱方法对小果蔷薇中的化学成分进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到6个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),2α-羟基乌苏酸(2),蔷薇酸(3),胡萝卜苷(4),紫云英苷(5),翻白叶苷A(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为从小果蔷薇中首次分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Rosa cymosa. Methods: Multi-chromatographic methods were employed for the isolation and purification of Rosa cymosa. The structures were identified on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data. Results:Six compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (1), 2α-hydroxyursolic acid (2), euscaphic acid (3), daucosterol (4), kacmferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (5) , potengriffioside A (6). Conclusion:Compounds 1 - 6 were all isolated from Rosa cymosa for the first time.
