| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定山楂中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Sunfire C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(25∶75),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为28℃,检测器波长为327 nm。结果绿原酸的质量浓度在7.03～70.3μg/ml范围内与峰面积值线性关系良好(r2=0.999 6),精密度RSD为0.27%,平均加样回收率为96.92%,RSD为0.92%(n=6)。结论 HPLC法简便易行、结果可靠,可以快速、准确地测定山楂中绿原酸的含量。
