摘    要:目的 综述脂解模型的组成及其在脂质制剂体外评价的应用,为推动脂质制剂的发展提供参考.方法 通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献,归纳、分析和总结.结果 体外脂解模型能准确反映脂质制剂在人体内的性质,建立良好的体内外相关性.结论 脂解模型用于筛选和评价脂质制剂具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:Objective To review the composition of lipolysis model and the application in the in vitro evaluation of lipid for- mulations, provide reference for promoting the development of lipid formulations. Methods Recent relevant literatures were analyzed and summarized. Results In vitro lipolysis model could accurately reflect the in vivo nature of lipid formulations, and a good correla- tion between in vivo and in vitro could be established. Conclusion There is a good prospect in using lipolysis model for screening and evaluation of lipid formulations.
