| 摘 要： | 目的 运用硫酸钡比浊法测定日高昆布中褐藻糖胶硫酸根的含量。方法 采用硫酸钡比浊法,通过分光光度计检测到最大吸收波长为360 nm;在此波长下测定褐藻糖胶中硫酸根的含量。结果 硫酸根在60~120 μg范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.990 9),测得褐藻糖胶中硫酸根的含量为(20.52±0.57)％;方法学符合测定要求。结论 该方法简单、准确、快速、灵敏度较高,适用于海藻多糖硫酸根含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the sulfate content in sulfated fucans(FPS) by Barium sulfate turbidity.Methods With spectrophotometer at 360 nm,the sulfate content was determined by Barium Sulfate Turbidity.Results There was a good linearity(r2=0.990 9) when the sulfate content was within the range of 60-120 μg.Sulfate content of FPS was(20.52±0.57)% under the determination method.Methodology met the measurement requirement.Conclusion The method was proved to be reliable,quick,sensitive and applicable. |
