综合干预对老年心脑血管病患者抑郁状态的影响

目的 探索综合干预对老年心脑血管疾病患者抑郁状态的治疗作用。方法 对本院230例住院心脑血管患者（治疗组115例，对照组115例）在住院3天内和不同方法治疗后3个月抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行测评。结果 230例老年心脑血管患者入院时抑郁发生率为65．65％。不同治疗后，治疗组抑郁状态较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.01）；而对照组则治疗前后抑郁状态无改善（P〉0．05）。结论 综合干预可降低老年心脑血管疾病患者的抑郁状态，有利于提高治疗效果，改善患者的生活质量。

Effects of mental intervention for depression on the patients with geriatric cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease

Objective To explore the role of mental intervention for depression on the geriatric patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 230 patients were divided into study group(n=115) and control group(n=115),and their depression symptoms were surveyed just after hospitalization in 3 days,at the time 3 months after treatment by self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results The first occurrence rate of depression symptom was 65.65%.After receiving mental intervention,the score by SDS of the study group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),the control group was no significantly difference(P>(0.05)).Conclusion Mental intervention is helpful to decrease the depression,can improve the effect of treatment of patients with geriatric cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and their life quallity.
