| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对乳腺良性或恶性肿块的诊断价值。方法对102例乳腺肿块患者进行CDFI检查,获取肿块的二维影像、CDFI血流分级、最大流速(V_(max))、阻力指数(RI)等多参数指标,将之与肿块病理学检查进行对比分析。结果肿块边界不清晰、形态不规则,CDFI血流分级为2～3级,V_(max)≥20 cm/s,RI≥0.75者诊断乳腺癌的准确性分别为81.4％,93.1％,69.2％,94％。结论 CDFI对诊断乳腺良性或恶性肿块有较高的价值。尤以CDFI血流分级和RI更为重要,其诊断乳腺癌的准确性均在90％以上。

| Abstract: | To study the value of color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.Methods One hundred and two breast masses were examined by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Two-dimensional characteristics of the mass, blood flow grade on CDFI, Vmax and RI were obtained and compared with pathology. Results The diagnostic accordance rates of breast cancer were respectively 81. 4% ,93. 1% ,69. 2% ,94% in masses with irregular morphology and indistinct boundery,2-4 grade on CDFI, Vmax>20 cm/s,RI>0.75. Conclusion CDFI has great value in the diagnosis of benign and maligant breast masses. Blood flow grade on CDFI and RI are more important parameters. The diagnostic accordance rates of breast cancer is over 90%. |
