食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体阳性181例分析

目的 分析食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体水平及其在不同疾病中的分布和意义.方法 采用ELISA法检测181例患者血清中食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体水平.结果 181例食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体阳性患者55.2％表现为皮肤症状(丘疹、红斑、皮肤瘙痒等),16.6％为消化道症状(口腔溃疡、消化不良、腹痛、腹泻等),肾脏病或呼吸系统疾病(肾炎或哮喘等)各为12.7％,其他症状(关节痛等)为2.8％.皮肤病症患者阳性率明显高于其他病症(P＜0.05).皮肤、消化系统、呼吸系统和肾脏病4组患者对鸡蛋的不耐受阳性率分别为82.0％ (82/100)、63.3％ (19/30)、73.9％( 17/23)和65.2％( 15/23),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 食物不耐受筛查有助于对某些病因不明患者的诊断和治疗.

Analysis of a specific food intolerance IgG antibody level in 181 cases

Objective To analyze the distribution and significance of specific food intolerance IgG an- tibody levels in serum of patients. Methods The specific IgG antibody levels in 181 patients were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results 55% of positive cases showed skin symptoms （ papule, erythema, Itch of skin et al）, 16% showed enteron symptoms （ oral ulcer, dyspepsia, stomachache, di- arrhea）, 13% showed renal disease or respiratory disease （ nephritis or Asthma） and other symptoms （ arthral- gia） were 3%. The positive rate of skin symptoms is obviously higher than others （P 〈 0.05 ）. In patients with skin symptoms, enteron symptoms, renal disease and respiratory disease, the egg intolerance rates were 82% （82/100） ,63% （19/30）, 74% （17/23）, and 65% （15/23）. There were no statistical differences between them. Conclusion The screening of food intolerance can help to diagnose and treat etiolo unknown patients.
