不同途径注射鼠神经生长因子对腓总神经损伤康复的疗效观察

目的 探讨腓总神经损伤患者营养神经药物最佳的给药途径.方法 40例腓总神经损伤患者随机分为2组,穴位注射组(20例)将鼠神经生长因子注射液以足三里、阳陵泉等穴位为进针点,通过穴位注射的方式给药,肌肉注射组(20例)将相同药物以臀大肌肌肉注射的方法给药,治疗15d、1个月后分别比较2组患者患侧肢体感觉功能、运动功能和腓总神经传导速度的差异.结果 穴位注射组对感觉障碍恢复、提高肌力、改善腓总神经传导速度的治疗效果明显高于臀大肌肌肉注射组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗效果优于常规肌肉注射,具有良好的推广应用价值,临床治疗中注意规范操作可取得更好的疗效.

Clinical observation of the acupuncture point injection mouse nerve growth factor on theperoneal nerve injury rehabilitation

Objective To explore the best route of administration of nutritional nerve drugs in patients with common peroneal nerve injury.Methods Peroneal nerve injury patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(20 cases)injected the mouse nerve growth factor to Zusanli,Yanglingquan and other acupuncture points.The control group(20 cases)injected the same drugs to glutes muscle.After treatment 15 days and 1 month,two groups patients of side body sensation,movement function and total nerve conduction speed were compared.Results Acupoint injection therapy promoted the general feeling,improved muscle strength,improved phil total therapeutic effect of nerve conduction velocity,which were obviously higher than that of glutes muscle injection(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoint injection therapy is better than the glutes muscle injection and it has a good value of promoting to the clinical.We should pay attention to the correct operation that can get better treatment effect.
