| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨常规骨窗阅片在CT诊断中的价值.方法:对1 200例非外伤性CT阳性病例(排除因骨病变进行扫描的病例)进行双盲阅片,骨窗法利用骨窗查找病变,忽略骨窗法忽略骨窗查找病变.结果:骨窗法肯定诊断1 200例(100%),忽略骨窗法肯定诊断983例(81.9%).结论:常规骨窗阅片可提高CT的病变检出率和诊断率,具有...
