中药水疗中康复护理对痉挛性脑瘫患儿的影响

目的:评估中药水疗中康复护理对痉挛性脑瘫患儿在缓解痉挛肌肌张力以及增加关节活动度中的影响。方法:将在我院儿童康复中心接受治疗的100例痉挛性脑瘫患儿随机分为康复护理中药水疗组与普通中药水疗组,各50例。均在水疗前和水疗3个疗程后进行痉挛肌肌张力以及关节活动度评定。结果:康复护理中药水疗组的痉挛性脑瘫患儿的痉挛肌肌张力的缓解程度以及关节活动度的增加优于普通中药水疗组(P<0.01),障碍程度明显减轻。结论:中药水疗中康复护理对痉挛性脑瘫患儿的痉挛肌肌张力的缓解和增大关节活动度的疗效有显著影响,康复护理在中药水疗中的作用至关重要。

Analysis of Curative Effect of Healing Nurse to Convulsion Brain Paralysis Children in Chinese Traditional Medicine Water Curing

Objective: To evaluate the effect of healing nurse to convulsion brain paralysis childrenfor for relaxing convulsion muscle and increasing arthral moving degree in Chinese traditional medicine water curing.Methods: To divide the 100 paralysis children who was in CDZXY hospital in two groups randomly.There were 50 children per group.The first group was given Chinese traditional medicine water curing.The second group was given common water curing.All the evaluations were done after three period of treatment.Results:The effect of the first group was better than the second group.Conclusion:The treatment effect of healing nurse is notable in Chinese traditional medicine water curing.
