正交试验法优选地肤子皂苷Ⅰ c的提取工艺研究

目的 研究地肤子皂苷Ⅰ c的最佳提取工艺.方法 采用正交设计法优选提取工艺,应用高效液相色谱法测定地肤子皂苷Ⅰ c的含量,以溶媒用量、乙醇浓度、回流时间、回流次数为因素,每个因素3个水平,地肤子皂苷Ⅰ c为评价指标.结果 影响地肤子皂苷提取的因素从大到小顺序为乙醇用量、提取次数、乙醇浓度、提取时间.最佳提取条件是取地肤子加10倍量70%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次60min.结论 该提取工艺方法简单、合理,为地肤子皂苷Ⅰ c提取的进一步研究提供一定的参考依据.

Optimization of extraction conditions with orthogonal design for the momordin I c

Objective To study the oprimum extraction process of momordin Ⅰ c. Methods The content of Momordin Ⅰ c was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The extract conditions, such as concentration of ethanol, extraction time, ratio of solvent to material were investigated by the orthonogal design with the content of momordin Ⅰ c as the chemical reference. Results The factors of extraction of momordin Ⅰ c were ethanol, extraction times, ethanol concentration and extraction time. The optimum extraction condition was established as follows: ethanol concentration 70%, extracting 1 hour for twice and the ratio of solvent to material 1: 10.Conclusion The method is simple and reasonable, and provides an optimistic reference for the investigation of extraction of Momorid Ⅰ c.
