体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石371例临床分析

目的 研究进一步提高体外冲击波碎石的疗效及减少并发症的方法.方法 在我院就诊的泌尿系结石患者371例,均采用体外冲击波碎石,术后予复方金钱草颗粒口服,采用同顾性分析的方法分析371例泌尿系结石患者的临床资料.结果 一次碎石成功患者242例（65.2%）,二次碎石成功111例（29.9%）,碎石未成功而改行开放手术治疗18例（4.8%）.总有效率为95.1%.结论 体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石具有组织损伤小、定位准确、成功率高、无严重并发症等优点.

Clinical analysis of ESWL treatment of urology calculi

Objective To investigate the effect of the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) treatment for urology calculi and explore the ways to further improve the effects and reduce complications of ESWL.Methods Totally 371 cases of patients with urology calculi in our hospital were treated with ESWL and then taking Christina Lcosestrife Herb granules. The clinical effects of the 371 cases were reviewed using a retrospective analysis of the methodology. Results Of the 371 cases, stones were excreted completely in 242 cases (accounting for 65.2% ) for the first ESWL, 111 cases (accounting for 29.9%) for the second ESWL. 18 cases (accounting for 4.8% ) were failure, and cases were referred to surgical treatment. The total effective rate was 95.1%. Conclusions Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy of urinary calculi with the tissue damage shows high efficacy and safety.
