| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年急性胆源性胰腺炎临床表现,诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1996年1月至2005年12月38例老年急性胆源性胰腺炎患者临床资料。结果8例保守治疗痊愈;30例行手术治疗,其中2例合并多器官功能衰竭死亡。治愈率94.74%。结论老年急性胆源性胰腺炎病情凶险,正确的手术方法,术后合理的处理可降低病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation,diagnosis,and treatment of the senile acute biliary pancreatitis. Methods The clinical data of 38 senile acute biliary pancreatitis cases from Feb. 1996 to Dec. 2005 were retrospectively studied. Results 8 cases recovered after conventional treatment,30 cases underwent sur- gical operation ,2 of whom died of multiple organ failure. The healing rate was 94.74%. Conclusion The senile acute biliary pancreatitis is dangerous, and exact operational approach and resonable postoperative care can lower the mortality. |
