甘露寡糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的 研究甘露寡糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响,为甘露寡糖的生物学应用及相关产品开发提供理论依据.方法 20只小鼠完全随机分为甘露寡糖组和正常对照组,每组10只.甘露寡糖组每天灌服80 g/L的甘露寡糖溶液0.2 ml,正常对照组每天灌服0.9%氯化钠注射液0.2 ml,连续11 d.第12天颈椎脱臼处死小鼠,测定小鼠各项免疫指标.比较2组小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能、左右后足重量差、抗体积数、脾脏指数和胸腺指数.结果 甘露寡糖组吞噬率为(29.3±2.0)%,吞噬指数(0.43±0.03);正常对照组吞噬率(25.7±2.0)%,吞噬指数(0.39±0.18),甘露寡糖组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数均均高于正常小鼠组(均P〈0.01).甘露寡糖组左右后足重量差为(22.1±2.4)g,正常对照组为(17.9±3.3)g.甘露寡糖组左右后足重量明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.01).甘露寡糖组抗体积数为(33.1±4.5),正常对照组为(31.8±6.7),甘露寡糖组抗体积数高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).甘露寡糖组脾脏指数为(5.5±0.2),胸腺指数为(2.1±0.4);正常对照组脾脏指数为(5.0±0.3),胸腺指数为(1.9±0.3).甘露寡糖组脾脏指数和胸腺指数明显高于正常对照组(均P<0.01).结论 甘露寡糖可以明显提高小鼠的免疫功能,可作为免疫添加剂应用于日常的生活生产中.

Abstract:Objective To rescarch effects of mannose-oligosaccharides(MOS) on immune function of mice for industrial application. Methods Twenty mice were randomly divided into two groups (MOS group and normal group with 10 mice in each group). MOS group was fed with 0.2 ml mannose-oligosaccharides(80 mg/ml) per day and normal group had 0.2 ml 0.9% NaCl injection. After 11 days, the mice were killed. The immune functions of the mice were detected. Results Phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of MOS group were significantly higher than those of the normal mice group (29.3±2.0)% vs (25.7±2.0)%,(0.43±0.03) vs (0.39±0.18), P〈0.01]. Compared with normal group, weight differences of left and right postpedes of MOS group were significantly improved(22.1±2.4)g vs (17.9±3.3)g, P〈0.01]. Antibody aggregate of MOS group was also increased(33.1±4.5)g vs (31.8±6.7)g, P〈0.05]. Spleen and thymus index of MOS group, compared with normal group, were significantly increased(5.5±0.2) vs (5.0±0.3),(2.1±0.4) vs (1.9±0.3), P〈0.01]. Conclusion MOS can increase immune function of mice.
