| 摘 要： | 苄基嘧啶衍生物的重要中间体──４－溴－３，５－二甲氧基苯甲酸（１）可以对氨基苯甲酸（４）为起始原料，经溴化、甲氧基化、Ｓａｎｄｍｅｙｅｒ反应制得，总收率达５７％以上。 |

| Abstract: | Bromo-3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid (1),a valuable intermediate for benzylpyrimidine derivatives, was synthesized from p-aminobenzoic acid (4)by bromination, methoxylation and Sandmeyer reaction. The overall yield was 57%. |
