| 摘 要： | 建立了流动相添加剂-HPLC法测定积雪苷霜软膏中积雪草苷和羟基积雪草苷的含量.采用C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(30:70,添加β-环糊精4.54 g/L)为流动相,检测波长204nm.积雪草苷和羟基积雪草苷在0.2～20μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.20%和98.90%,RSD为1.06%和1.17%.

| Abstract: | An HPLC method with the addition of p-cyclodextrin (β-CD) in the mobile phase was established for the determination of asiaticoside and madecassoside in Centella triterpenes cream. A C_(18) column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(30 : 70, containing p-CD 4.54 g/L) at the detection wavelength of 204 nm. The calibration curves for asiaticoside and madecassoside were linear in the range of 0.20 - 20 μg. The average recoveries were 99.20 % and 98.90 %, with RSDs of 1.06 % and 1.17 %. |
