| 摘 要： | 建立了HPLC法测定甲磺酸二氢麦角碱缓释片.采用C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为0.02 mol/L碳酸氢钠溶液(用氢氧化钠溶液调至pH 9.0)-乙腈(60:40),检测波长220 nm.甲磺酸二氢麦角碱在1～20μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率为99.1%.

Determination of Dihydroergotoxine Mesylate Sustained-release Tablets by HPLC |

| Abstract: | An HPLC method was established for the determination of dihydroergotoxine mesylate in dihydroergotoxine mesylate sustained release tablets. A C_(18) column was used with the mobile phase of 0.02 mol/L sodium bicarbonate solution (adjusted to pH 9.0 with sodium hydroxide solution)-acetonitrile (60 : 40) at the detection wavelength of 220 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the dihydroergotoxine mesylate concentration range of 1 -20 μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.1%. |
