山楂麦芽颗粒治疗儿童消化不良的临床研究

目的观察山楂麦芽颗粒对儿童消化不良的作用。方法将110例受试者随机分为山楂麦芽颗粒试食组和安慰剂对照组,采用自身对照及组间对照法比较受试者受试前后食欲、进食量、血红蛋白、体重、血常规和尿常规检测指标的变化情况及不良反应。结果试食组试食前后自身比较：食欲改善、进食量改善和偏食改善均有显著性（P〈0.05）,体重增加具有极显著性（P〈0.01）。试食后试食组与对照组比较：食欲改善、进食量改善、偏食改善和体重增加均有显著性（P〈0.05）。试食前后,2组试食者的血红蛋白增加无显著性（P〉0.05）,血常规和尿常规检测指标均在正常范围内,未发现不良反应。结论山楂麦芽颗粒具有促进消化功能的作用且对受试儿童健康无明显损害。

Clinical Study of Shanzhamaiya Granules on Treating Indigestion of Children

Objective To observe the effect of Shanzhamaiya granules on children＇ s dyspepsia. Methods A total of 110 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The adverse reaction was observed. The changes of appetite, food-intake, hemoglobin, weight, blood routine and urine routine of subjects using self-control and inter-group control were compared before and after the test. Results A self-comparison of the experimental group after the test indicated that children had obvious amendment in appetite, food-intake, hemoglobin （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and their weight gain was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The changes of their appetite, food-intake, hemoglobin, and weight were significant differences in the experimental group comparing with the control group after the test （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Before and after the test, the hemoglobin of the 2 groups didn＇t improve significantly （P 〉 0.05）, the blood routine and the urine routine test were normal, no adverse reactions happened. Conclusion The Shanzhamaiya granules can encourage children＇ s＇ digestion without any obvious harm to health.
