| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(herpes si mplex keratitis,HSK)继发青光眼的诊治方法和疗效。方法将203例(322眼)HSK病例分为两组,上皮型组134例(198眼)和基质内皮型组69例(124眼),把它们并发虹膜睫状体炎和青光眼的发生率、发生眼压异常和视野异常的情况以及治疗与眼压恢复的情况进行比较。结果基质内皮型HSK眼压异常程度、视野异常的发生率和并发虹膜睫状体炎、青光眼的发生率均比上皮型HSK高,而其疗程也比上皮型HSK长,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论继发于基质内皮型HSK的青光眼发生率比上皮型HSK高,其疗程要比上皮型HSK更长。

| Abstract: | Objective To inveratigate the curative method and effect of the secondary glaucoma from the herpepes simplex keratitis.Method To make a comparison in effect between tow groups,198 eyes of 134 patients of epithelial keratitis and 124 of 69 patients of interstitial keratitis from 322 eyes of 203 patients of HSK,intraocular pressure(IOP)examination and perimetey and cued with mothod and occurating rate of the secondary glaucoma and iridocylitis.Results There was singnificant chang in the difference of two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The ocurating rate of secondary glaucoma form the interstitial keratitis of HSK was higher to the epithelial keratitis. |
