输注人血白蛋白对纠正妇科术后低白蛋白血症的影响

目的：比较不同治疗方案治疗妇科术后低白蛋白血症的临床效果，以指导临床防治术后低白蛋白血症。方法：利用医院电子病历系统回顾性收集相关资料，然后将资料进行统计分析。结果：比较了不同治疗方案治疗前后血浆白蛋白水平的纠正幅度，差异无统计学意义（P=0.114>0.05）；比较了不同治疗方案的治疗有效率，差异无统计学意义（P=0.458>0.05）；比较了不同治疗方案患者术后各并发症发生率，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；比较了不同治疗方案患者术后住院时间，差异无统计学意义（P=0.691>0.05）。结论：输注人血白蛋白对纠正妇科术后低白蛋白血症影响不明显，应全面评估低白蛋白血症的发生原因，减少人血白蛋白的盲目使用。

Effect of Infusion of Human Serum Albumin on Correcting Hypoalbuminemia after Gynecological Surgery

Objective: To compare the clinical effects of different treatment regimens in the treatment of hypoalbuminemia after gynecological surgery, in order to guide the prevention and treatment of postoperative hypoalbuminemia. Methods: The hospital electronic medical record system was used to collect relevant data retrospectively, and then the data were statistically analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in the corrected amplitude of plasma albumin between different treatment regimens before and after treatment (P=0.114>0.05); There was no significant difference in the effective treatment rates of different treatment regimens (P=0.458>0.05); There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the different treatment regimens (P>0.05); There was no significant difference in postoperative hospital stay between the different treatment regimens (P=0.691>0.05). Conclusion: Infusion of albumin has no obvious effect on correcting hypoalbuminemia after gynecological surgery. It should be comprehensively evaluated for the cause of hypoalbuminemia and reduce the blind use of human serum albumin.
