| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Roux-en-Y消化道重建术对胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2012年12月30例因胃癌合并2型糖尿病行胃癌根治、Roux-en-Y消化道重建术患者的临床资料,比较手术前后血糖血脂代谢指标的变化。结果与术前相比,术后FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c、TG、TC等指标均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后患者BMI、HDL-C、LDL-C的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Roux-en-Y消化道重建术能较好地控制胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者的血糖和血脂,疗效确切可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To elvaluate the effect of Roux-en-Y anastomosis on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with gastric carcinoma and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with gastric carcinoma and type 2 diabetes mellitus accepted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer and Roux-en-Y anastomosis were analyzed.Glucose and lipid metabolism indicators were compared before and after operation. Results After operation, FBG, 2hPBG, HbA~c, TG and TC levels decreased significantly, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, BMI, HDL-C and LDL-C levels were not significantly changed before and after operation, the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Roux-en-Y anastomosis can well control the level of blood glucose and lipid in patients with gastric carcinoma and type 2 diabetes mellitus, and it is quite effective and safe. |
