| 摘 要： | 目的总结健康体检护理在健康和亚健康人群中的应用效果。方法随机选2012年112月我院体检中心体检者800例,其中包括体检健康者410例,亚健康者390例。年龄2112月我院体检中心体检者800例,其中包括体检健康者410例,亚健康者390例。年龄2149岁,平均(37±1.9)岁。改善体检中心环境;培训医护人员;对所有的调查对象2013年体检时进行人性化护理干预。结果在对体检者进行护理干预后,2013年体检比2012年体检中心中各项检查指标所花费的时间短;体检者对护理工作的满意度比2012高,投诉率降低。医护人员培训后法律法规考核合格率、护理人员技能合格率比2012年高。结论改善体检环境和体检者的专业素质,对体检者心理、生理方面进行人性化的护理干预,对提高体检工作效率有积极的作用,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical effect of health care in the health and sub-health crowd.Method 800 patients were randomly selected in 2012 1∽12 month hospital medical center controls, including 410 normal cases, 390 cases of sub health.Results The subjects of nursing intervention, the check index in 2012 than 2013 physical examination physical examination center of the time spent in the short. Medical personnel training laws and regulations examination pass rate, nursing skills of qualified rate is higher than in 2012.Conclusion To improve the physical environment and examination of professional quality, plays a positive role to improve medical efficiency, worthy of promotion. |
