| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫腔填塞碘伏纱条用于剖宫产手术中大出血的治疗效果。方法采用碘伏纱条填塞宫腔压迫止血,术后给予宫缩剂应用,24h经阴道取出纱条。结果87例剖宫产手术中大出血经宫腔填塞纱布,效果良好,无1例失败。未发生宫腔感染、伤口感染及远期产后大出血等。结论宫腔填塞碘伏纱条是一种简单易行、效果好、见效快、安全可靠的治疗剖宫产术中大出血的方法。既控制了出血,又保留了子宫,避免了产妇死亡。
