| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肿瘤标志物的联合检测在老年肺癌诊断中的价值。方法应用化学发光法检测65例肺癌患者的CEA、CA125、CA19-9,用ELISA(酶联免疫吸附实验)检测NSE、CYFRA21-1和29例肺部良性病变患者五种肿瘤标志物联合检测比较。结果 NSE、CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1、CA19-9的特异性为:88.6%、84.3%、85.3%、82.5%、83.9%。敏感性分别为:16.8%、55.9%、55.6%、26.6%、24.9%。结论 NSE在小细胞肺癌中的水平明显高于其他类型的肺癌(P<0.01)多肿瘤标志物联合检测对肺癌诊断有一定临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of tumor markers in ageing patients with lung cancer.Methods The level of NSE,CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,CA19-9 in 65 ageing patients with lung cancer and 29 patients with benign lung lesion were detected by ELISA.Results The specificity of NSE,CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,CA19-9 was 88.6%,84.3%,85.3%,82.5%,83.9% respectively and the sensitivity was 16.8%,55.9%,55.6%,26.6%,24.9%.Conclusion NSE in patients with small cell lung cancer was higher than that of other subtypes of the lung cancer（P0.01）.5 tumor markers have a clinical significance for diagnosing lung cancer. |
