双黄连注射液治疗96例急慢性咽喉炎的临床疗效分析

目的探讨双黄连注射液在治疗急慢性咽喉炎上的临床疗效,为临床用药提供科学依据。方法将在我院接受治疗的192例急慢性咽喉炎患者随机分为双黄连组96例和对照组96例。双黄连组进行静脉滴注双黄连注射液治疗,对照组进行静脉滴注庆大霉素注射液治疗,对双黄连注射液的临床疗效及安全性进行分析研究。结果双黄连组的临床总有效率高达93.75%,明显高于对照组,具有显著性差异P<0.05。此外双黄连注射液的安全性也远远高于庆大霉素注射液并具有显著性差异P<0.05。结论在治疗急慢性咽喉炎的临床应用上,双黄连注射液疗效显著,是一种值得在临床上大力推广的药品。

Study of Clinical Effect of Shuanghuanglian Injection on 96 Acute and Chronic Pharyngitis

Objeetive To study the clinical effect of Shuanghuanglian injection on Acute and chronic pharyngitis and to provide scientific guidance for choosing appropriate drugs in clinical. Methods 192 cases of acute and chronic pharyngitis patients who were admitted into our hospital were randomly divided into shuanghuanglian group and control group. Shuanghuanglian group was treated with shuanghuanglian injection by subcutaneous and control group was treated with gentamicin injection by subcutaneous Analysis of the clinical efficacy and security of shuanghuanglian injection. Results The total effective rate of shuanghuanglian injection was 93.75%, significantly better than the rate of gentarnicin injection, the result has a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Moreover the security rate of shuanghuanglian injection was better than the rate of gentamicin injection, the result has a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuanghuanglian injection has a significant effect on the treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis, has a huge value in clinical therapy.
