高血压病患者生活方式调查与护理干预的效果分析

目的探讨护理干预对高血压病患者的影响。方法对160例高血压病患者生活方式进行调查,并实施护理干预。结果7项干预指标中,除体重指数外,其余6项指标干预前后均有显著性,差异(P<0.05)。干预后,高血压患者不良生活方式有明显改善。结论对高血压病患者的生活方式进行护理干预,能改善其生活方式,促进病情恢复。

Investigation on the life style of patients with hypertension and analysis on the effects of nursing intervention

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on hypertension patients. Methods The life styles of 160 hypertension cases were investigated￡ Thcn the nursing interventions were given to the patients. Results Among the seven indexes, six of them had significant differences before and after the nursing intervention（P〈 0.05）￡-except for the index of body weight￡ After the nursing intervenetions￡-the had life styles of hypertension patients had been notably improved. Conclusions The life styles of hypertension patients are changed by the nursing interventions, which can improve the life styles of hypertension patients and promote their recovery from the illness state.
