早期系统化健康教育对预防奥沙利铂神经毒性、提高患者满意度的效果观察

目的探讨早期系统化健康教育对预防奥沙利铂(L.OHP)引起的神经毒性及提高患者满意度的效果观察。方法将四川省人民医院2010年4月至2011年4月56例接受奥沙利铂治疗的癌症患者,其中男30例,女26例,年龄40～68岁,直肠癌42例、胃癌14例随机分为两组:实验组28例(A组);对照组28例(B组)。干预组在化疗前进行系统化的健康指导,并将健康指导贯穿于患者住院整过程,对照组按常规在化疗时进行健康指导,并将健康指导贯穿于住院过程。观察两组患者神经毒性发生情况及患者住院期间满意度。结果 A、B两组神经毒性的发生率分别为7%和16%,干预组患者满意度远远高于对照组。干预组的疗效优于常规处理对照组(P<0.01)。结论化疗前进行系统化护理干预能有效预防奥沙利铂所致神经毒性、提高住院患者满意度。

Early Systematic Health Education on Prevention of Oxaliplatin(L.OHP)-induced Neurotoxicity and Improve Patient Satisfaction Results Observed

Objective To investigate the early systematic health education on prevention of oxaliplatin（L.OHP）-induced neurotoxicity and improve patient satisfaction results observed.Methods From April 2010 to April 2011,56 cases who received oxaliplatin in the treatment of cancer patients,including 30 males and 26 females,aged 40-68 years,42 cases of rectal cancer and 14 cases of gastric cancer are random divided into two groups：experimental group,28 patients（A group）;control group,28 cases（B group）.Intervention group carry systematic health guidance and health guidance out the entire hospitalization process before chemotherapy,the control group according to conventional chemotherapy when health guidance and health guidance throughout the hospital course.Neurotoxicity was observed occurrence and patient satisfaction during hospitalization.Results The incidence of neurotoxicity were 7% and 16% for A,B groups.In the intervention group patient satisfaction is much higher.Intervention group was more effective than conventional treatment group（P0.01）.Conclusion Before chemotherapy,systematic nursing intervention can be effective in preventing oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxicity and improve hospital patient satisfaction.
