匹维溴铵联合地衣芽孢杆菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床观察

目的观察匹维溴铵与地衣芽孢杆菌联合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)症状的改善程度。方法治疗组56例:口服匹维溴胺50mg,3次/d;地衣芽孢杆菌,500mg,3次/d。对照组56例:给予匹维溴胺,50mg,3次/d。4周为1个疗程,观察比较两组治疗IBS-D的临床效果。结果治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组总有效率66.07%(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为96.42%,明显高于对照组总有效率78.576%(P<0.01)。结论匹维溴铵联合地衣芽孢杆菌治疗IBS-D缓解腹胀、腹痛及腹泻等症状时,疗效更显著,优于单用匹维溴铵,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Study on Compound Pinaverium Bromide Plus Bnfillus Licheniformis in Treatment of Ddiarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective To study the efficacy and compound pinaverium bromide plus bnfillus licheniformis in diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS-D）.Methods Treatment group, 56 cases of oral pinaveriunl bromide 50 mg, 3 times/d; bnfillus licheniformis, 500mg, 3 times/day. Control group of 56 patients given pinaverium bromide, 50mg, 3 times/d. 4 weeks for a period of treatment, study the two group therapy for irritable bowel syndrome clinical efect. Results Two weeks after, treatment group total effectivchess 85.71%, was higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Four weeks after treatment, treatment group total effecliveness 96.42%, was higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Compound pinaverium bromide plus bnfillus licheniformis showed effectiveness in treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome.
