某社区稳定期COPD患者健康教育的效果分析

目的探讨健康教育对社区稳定期COPD门诊患者肺功能、自我症状及疾病认知的影响。方法对73例稳定期COPD门诊患者进行健康教育,比较随访开始时、随访3个月、随访6个月时肺功能情况(FEV1、FVC、FEV1占预计值百分比、FEV1/FVC比值),同时比较随访开始时及结束后慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)、肺部知识需求量表(LINQ)得分。结果经过健康教育后,稳定期COPD患者FEV1、FVC绝对值改善不明显,但总体FEV1占预计值百分比、FEV1/FVC比值有显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时CAT评分、LINQ评分也有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论健康教育可以帮助稳定期COPD患者延缓肺功能下降,改善自我症状,提高疾病认知,增强长期治疗依从性。

The Effect of Health Education Management in Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in a Community

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education management on lung function, respiratory symptoms and understanding of disease in patients with stable COPD in a community. Methods 73 patients diagnosed with stable COPD were enrolled in this observational study. FEV1, FVC, FEV1%Pred and FEV1/FVC ratio were measured at the beginning, 3 months and 6 months after health education, respectively. CAT scores and LINQ scores were compared before and after 6-month health education. Results After 6-month health education management, absolute FEV1 and FVC showed no obvious improvement, but both of average FEV1%Pred and FEV1/FVC ratio had significantly improved （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. CAT scores and LINQ scores had significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Health education management delayed the decline of lung function, relieved respiratory symptoms, and improved understanding of disease as same as long-term treatment compliance in patients with stable COPD.
