超早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死40例疗效观察

目的探讨超早期尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死临床效果。方法选择我院急性脑梗死患者80例。患者被分为两组,观察在发病后6h内行尿激酶溶栓治疗。对照组采用常规治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为72.5%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,能够显著改善患者神经功能缺损状况,值得借鉴。

Clinical Observation of Ultra-early Intravenous Thrombolysis with Urokinase on 40 Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultra-early intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected,and the patients was divided into two groups,observation group and control group.intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase was used within 6h after onset in observation group,Routine therapy was used to control group.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 95.0%;The total effective rate incontrol group was 72.5%;total effective rate in observation group compared with that in control group,there was statistical difference（P0.05）;the score of The neurologic impairment after treatment in observation group compared with that in control,there was statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusions Ultra-early intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase can improve the neurologic impairment,the clinical efficacy is significant.
