| 摘 要： | 目的探讨淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎液基制片中潜在的诊断陷阱。方法回顾本科2011年8月至2013年8月细胞学诊断的淋巴滤泡性宫颈资料结合文献进行分析。结果 17977例宫颈细胞学标本中发现FC在巴氏涂片中占0.29%;在液基制片中占0.11%。经统计学χ2检验,P<0.01,两组有显著性差异。结论淋巴滤泡性宫颈炎在液基制片有不同于传统巴氏涂片的特征,可致诊断不足及过诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the potential pitfall in cytologic diagnosis of follicular cervicitis（FC）in liquid-based preparation. Methods 36 cases of FC among 17977 cases in Pap smear and in liquid-based preparation were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 17977 cases, positive rate of FC in Pap smear and LBP were 0.29%（26/8915）and 0.11%（10/9062） respectively. The significant difference was found between the two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion FC shows some diagnostic features in liquid-based preparation that differ from those in conventional Pap smears, which contribute to underdiagnosis or overdiagnosis of FC. |
