| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊治经验。方法回顾性析我院治疗的腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻43例患者的资料。结果腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后5～14d；其中42例经保守治疗痊愈；恢复时间3～40d。结论腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻保守治疗有效；综合治疗疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To conclude the experiences on the diagnosis and treatment of the early abdominal postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 43 cases with the early abdominal postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction were analyzed retrospectively. Results The early abdominal postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction of the patients mostly occurred 5-14d after abdominal operation; 42 cases of them were cured without operation, and the time from the onset of symptoms to the recovery of bowel function ranged from 3 to 40d. Conclusion Non- operative treatment is an effective method of treatment for patients with EPISBO; combined therap!es have good effect in EPISBOo . |
