| 摘 要： | 硒是人体所必需的微量元素之一，为谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的重要成分，能消除体内有害自由基，维护正常生理功能。硒及硒化物可防治多种与硒缺乏相关的疾病。本文综述近年来有关硒及硒化物的药理和药效学研究进展。

| Abstract: | Selenium is one of the essential micro-elements in vivo and the constituent of Glutathione Peroxidase. The harm ful free radicals can be eliminated and normal physiological function can be mai ntained in presence of sufficient selenium in vivo. Selenium and seleno-compoun ds could prevent or remedy diseases in which selenium is deficient. The recent r esearches on the pharmacological action and pharmacodynamics of selenium and sel eno-compounds were reviewed. |
