| 摘 要： | 药物的顺式构型和反式构型在理化性质和生物活性等方面具有明显差异，对药物的顺、反异构体进行分离分析具有重要的意义。综述近年来顺反异构体分离测定的常用方法，包括高效液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、气相色谱法、核磁共振波谱法等，以期为相关研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Cis/trans isomers have different physico-chemical properties and exhibit dramatically diffe-rent biological activities,so the separation and the analysis of cis/trans isomers of medicines are of great significance.The recent separation and determination methods of cis/trans isomers of medicines,including high performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis,gas chromatography,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and so on are reviewed,so as to provide a reference for the related research. |
