宫颈癌组织中Survivin和Cox-2的表达及相关性

目的:探讨宫颈癌和正常宫颈组织中凋亡调控因子生存素(Survivin)和环氧化酶-2(Cox-2)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例宫颈癌和10例正常宫颈组织两种种因子的表达情况及相关性结果:①Survivin和Cox-2在宫颈癌的组织检测中呈上升趋势(P<0.05),Survivin与Cox-2呈现一个正相关的关系(r=0.834,P<0.01)。②Cox-2的阳性表达和肿瘤的病理分级和淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),Survivin的阳性表达和肿瘤的临床分期,病理分级和淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:两种因子的异常表达与宫颈癌的发生,发展有关,它们可能参与了细胞异常增殖和凋亡并使之失衡。

Expression and correlation of Survivin, and Cox--2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

Objective： To explore the expression levels of Survivin and Cox-2 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and normal cervical tissue. Methods ：The expression levels of Survivin and Cox-2 proteins in 40 cervical squamous cell carcinomas and 10 normal cervical were detected by immunohistochemical technique. Re- sults：①The expression levels of Survivin and Cox--2 proteins in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues were higher than those in normal cervical tissues （P 〈0. 05）, the expression Cox- 2 and Survivn were positively re- lated in cervical carcinoma. ②The positive expression of Cox-2 and Survivin were associated with histologic grade and lymphnode metastasis （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The abnormal expression levels of Survinvn and Cox -2 proteins may be related with the pathogenesis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Cervical squamous cell carcinoma may result from abnormal proliferation and unbalanced apoptosis caused by Survivin and Cox-2 pro- teins.
