桂花中黄酮类物质提取与纯化的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨桂花中黄酮类物质最佳提取与纯化方法,为桂花开发提供一条新的途径。方法:采用常规提取法对桂花中的黄酮类化合物进行了提取与纯化研究,比较在不同pH值下提取方法的提取率。结果:pH=2及pH=4时,黄酮粗品提取率分别为5.01%,5.61%;苷元提取率分别为0.13%,0.05%。结论:此法操作简单,可对桂花中的黄酮类化合物提取与纯化进行工业化生产,具有较广的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the optimal method for the extraction and purification of flavonoids from Osmanthus fragrans Lour..A new way is supplied for the development of Osmanthus fragrans Lour.Methods:A conventional method was used to study the extraction and purification of flavonoids from Osmanthus fragrans Lour.and the extraction ratios were compared by using extraction method of different pH values.Results:If pH values were 2 and 4,respectively,the corresponding extraction ratios of crude flavone were 5.01%,5.61%.The extraction ratios of aglycone were 0.13% and 0.05%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate and at the same time,the industrialized production is carried out in the extraction and purification of flavonoids from Osmanthus fragrans Lour.,with a wide application value.
