中药知母对小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的：研究中药知母中知母宁的滋阴和调节免疫作用。方法：制备小鼠阴虚模型，观察知母宁对cAMP系统的影响；制备小鼠免疫功能低下模型，观察小鼠对血清溶血素、迟发性变态反应和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果：知母宁可使小鼠体重明显增加，血浆cAMP含量和cAMP/cGMP值明显降低；知母宁能明显提高小鼠血清溶血素水平，增强小鼠迟发性变态反应，而对腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数和吞噬系数无明显影响。结论：知母宁具有滋阴作用，增强体液免疫和细胞免疫功能，对非特异性免疫无明显作用。

Effects of anemarrhena asphodefoides on immune functions in mice

Objective: To study the effects of chimenin in the herb of Anemarrhena asphodefoides on nourishing yin and regulating immune functions. Methods: The yin deficiency models in mice were made and the effects of chimenin on the cAMP system were observed. Immunologic inadequacy models in mice were induced and the effects of chimenin on the level of serum hemolysin, delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) and peritoneal macrophage phagocytic function were observed. Results: Chimenin obviously increased the weight, reduced the contents of plasma cAMP and ratio of cAMP/cGMP. Chimenin also significantly raised the levels of serum hemolysin, enhanced DTH in mice, but it had no effects on peritoneal macrophage phagecytic coefficient and index. Conclusion: Chimenin has the effects on nourishing yin,enhancing humoral and cellular immune function. Its effect onnonspecific immunity is not evident.
