青春期糖尿病鼠血清、睾丸、附睾组织MDA、GSH—Px及性腺重量的变化

摘    要:目的:本文以青春期大鼠为研究对象,观察了糖尿病对大鼠血清,睾丸、附睾MDA和GSH-Px的影响,进一步探讨了糖尿病时MDA变化特点和可能机理,及其对睾丸,附睾的影响,方法:40日龄雄性Wistar大鼠30只,分为对照(C)组,腹腔内注射赋形剂和糖尿病(D)组,腹腔内注射链脲菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ),55mg/kg体重,观察60d后杀鼠分离血清,取睾丸,附睾组织匀浆,分别测大鼠的睾丸,附 重量,以及血清、睾丸、附睾组织均浆上清液中MDA、GSH-Px含量。结果:D大鼠的睾丸,附睾重量显著低于C组(P<0.01);D组血清MDA明显高于C组(P<0.05)。睾丸,附睾组织MDA组间比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);血清、睾丸、、附睾的GSH-Px含量各组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。相关检验表明,血精水平同血清MDA呈明显正相关系(P<0.01).结论 :糖尿病性腺发育育迟缓,性腺重量减轻,青春期糖尿病睾血清MDA水平明显增高与血糖升高有关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe and explore the effects of diabetes on thechanges in MDA, GSH-Px content and sexual gland weight in serum,testis,and epididymis using puberal rats with diabetes. .Method: Thity male wistar rats at 40 days of age were divided into 2 groups: (1) control: 10 rats were injected with the vehicle i.p; (2) diabetes: 20 rats were given STZ(55mg/kg i.p.in 0.1mol/L citrate buffer, pH 4.5). We studied the weight of testis,epididymis and the content of MDA and GSH-Px in the serum,testis and epididymis of pubertal rats with diabetes respectively. Results: The weight of the testis and epididymis in diabetes group was much lower than that of control group (P<0.01). The MDA content in the serum of diabetes group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The blood glucose level showed markably positive correlation with the serum MDA content (P<0.01). Conclusions: The results suggest that the sexual glands grow slowly and their weights are much lighter.The increase in the serum MDA content of pubertal rats with diabetes is related to glucose increse.
