| 摘 要： | 再生障碍性贫血(再障)发病率较高,多见于青年,治疗效果较差。近年来,我们研究发现再障与免疫损伤有密切关系。我们对成人再障患者做了IgG、IgA和IgM的测定,现将测定结果与再障之间关系做一分析。 1 对象与方法:①对象:25例再障患者诊断标准按1989年《全国再障专题座谈会修订的再障诊断和分型标准》。男17例、女8例,年龄14岁～38岁,均为原发性再障。临床表现主要为贫血、出血,以牙龈、鼻、皮肤粘膜出血及阴道流血为主,感染,倦怠;气短22例,25例均无淋巴结及肝脾肿大。实验室检查:红细胞数(100～150)×10~(12)/L15例,(150—200)×10~(12)/L10

| Abstract: | We investigated immune serum globulin of patients with aplastic anemia, and studied the relations between pthogenesis of aplastic anemia and immunoreaction. It it considered that aplastic anemia has relation to abnormal immunity, with the changes in the levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in the patients. |
