| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰岛素受体在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者子宫内膜的表达与意义。方法用免疫组织化学的方法检测44例PCOS患者与28例对照组子宫内膜胰岛素受体蛋白的表达。结果胰岛素受体蛋白在PCOS增殖期与对照组增殖期子宫内膜的表达差异无统计学意义,PCOS子宫内膜增殖症的腺上皮细胞表达显著高于PCOS增殖期以及对照组增殖期,PCOS分泌期子宫内膜的表达低于对照组分泌期。结论增加的胰岛素受体与超生理剂量的胰岛素结合可能是导致子宫内膜的异常增生的原因之一;胰岛素受体可能参与子宫内膜的转化。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and role of insulin receptor protein in endometrium of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods The expression of insulin receptor protein in endometrium from 44 PCOS and 28 normal controls was measured by immunohistochemical method. Results There was no significant difference between the control group and PCOS group in proliferation.Insulin receptor protein showed weak staining in the cell of PCOS secretary phase endometium; Compared with the control, there were strongly positive staining in the glandular cells of abnormal hyperplasia endometrium. Conclusion Hyperinsulin binding increased insulin receptor may be an potential reason of the neoplastic transformation of endometrium.Iinsulin receptor could take part in endometrial transportation during secretary phase. |
