红毛五加叶的生药学研究

摘    要:目的对红毛五加叶进行生药学研究,为开发利用该资源提供参考依据。方法采用性状鉴定与显微鉴定的方法对红毛五加叶进行了鉴别。结果红毛五加叶及其叶柄的横切面主要从分泌道及分布,草酸钙簇晶的形状进行鉴别;上、下表皮主要从气孔及类型进行鉴别;红毛五加叶的粉末主要从叶刺厚壁细胞和草酸钙簇晶的形态、大小进行鉴别。结论研究结果可用于红毛五加叶的鉴别。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To conduct pharmacognostic study of leaf of Acanthopanax giraldii and thus to afford reference for development and utilization of the resource.METHODS Macroscopic and microscopic identification were used to identify leaf of Acanthopanax giraldii.RESULTS Identification of the transverse section of leaf blade and petiole was based on the distribution of secretory canal and shape of calcium oxalate cluster crystal.Identification of the upper and lower epidermis was based on the type of stoma.Identification of leaf powder was based on shape and size of sclerenchymatous cell of leaf thorn and calcium oxalate cluster crystal.CONCLUSION The study could be applied to identify the leaf of Acanthopanax giraldii.
