| 摘 要： | 目的:考察注射用加替沙星与肌苷注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后的稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定加替沙星与肌苷注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后的含量,同时观察配伍液的外观变化,并测定pH值。结果:室温条件下8h内配伍液的外观、pH值及加替沙星和肌苷含量均无明显变化。结论:注射用加替沙星与肌苷注射液可以在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the stability of the compatibility of gatifloxacin with inosine in 5 % GS. Methods:The contents of gatifloxacin and inosine were detected by UV-spectrophotometry and the external appearance and pH value were observed after gatifloxacin and inosine in 5 % GS were mixed with 8 h at the room temperature.Results:The contents, external appearance and pH value of the mixed solution showed no significant changes within 8h. Conclusion:Gatifloxacin mixed with inosine in GS could keep stable with 8 h. |
