| 摘 要： | 目的:考察盐酸左氧氟沙星在葡萄糖输液中与4种注射液(消旋山莨菪碱、地塞米松、氯化钾、维生素C)的配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法考察盐酸左氧氟沙星与上述4种注射液配伍后室温下6h内的含量变化情况,同时观察外观并测定pH值。结果:在室温条件下,盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液与上述药物配伍0～6h内其外观、pH值及含量均无显著变化。结论:6h内盐酸左氧氟沙星与上述4种注射液在葡萄糖输液中配伍基本稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the stability of levofloxacin hydrochloride mixed with four kinds of injection (raceanisodamine, dexamethasone,potassium chloride,vitamin C) in glucose injection solution.Methods:Ultraviolet spectro- photometry and pH meter were used to investigate the compatible content of levofloxacin hydrochloride with above mentioned four kinds of injection,and determination pHof compatible solution in room temperature within 6 h.Results:When the levofloxacin hydrochloride was mixed with above mentioned four kinds of injection within 0-6 h under room temperature , the appeance,pH and its content have no obvious change. Conlusion : Levofloxacin hydrochloride mixed with four kinds of injection in glucose injection is basically stable. |
