盐酸小檗碱前体脂质体的制备及理化性质研究

摘    要:目的制备盐酸小檗碱前体脂质体,并对其理化性质进行考察。方法采用薄膜载体沉积法制备盐酸小檗碱前体脂质体,正交实验优选处方;透射电镜观察形态;马尔文激光粒度仪测定粒径;高效液相色谱法测定包封率。结果电镜下观察脂质体形态多为圆形或椭圆形,平均粒径为741nm,包封率为(29.93±1.32)%。结论该方法制备工艺简单,易于工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective To prepare berberine hydrochloride proliposomes and investigate its physicochemical properties.Methods Proliposomes were prepared by film-deposition oncarriers.Orthogonal design was used to select the optimum formulation.The shape and particle size of proliposomes were investigated by transmission electron microscope and laser scatter.The encapsulation efficiency was determined by HPLC.Results The berberine hydrochloride liposome vesicles were globular or elliptic under the electronic microscopy.The average size of the liposomes was 741nm.The encapsulation efficiency was(29.93±1.32)%.Conclusion The preparation method is simple and easily industrialized preparation.
