| 摘 要： | 目的通过对球囊化疗泵和电子化疗泵的应用比较,找出两者的优缺点,为医护择优选择提供依据。方法将64例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为电子化疗泵组和囊性化疗泵组,应用5-Fu持续泵入化疗120h,比较两组的给药时间、配药时间和患者满意度的差异。结果电子化疗泵与球囊化疗泵输注时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但球囊化疗泵较电子化疗泵的加药时间少、患者满意率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论球囊化疗泵能更好提高护士的工作效率并得到患者认可。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the Balloon chemotherapy pump and electronic chemotherapy pump,fund out the advantages and disadvantages of them,to provide a basis for medical preferred choice.Methods 64 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into electronic chemotherapy pump group and cystic chemotherapy pump group,used 5-Fu continuous pump infusion for 120 hours,compared the give medicine time.dispensing time and patient satisfaction between two groups.Results The infusion time of two groups was not statistically different(P > 0.05);the opetating time of Balloon chemotherapy pump group were less than electronic chemotherapy pump group,the patient satisfaction of Balloon chemotherapy pump group wsa better than electronic chemotherapy pump group(P < 0.01).Conclusion Balloon chemotherapy pump can improve the working efficiency of the nurses and get patients recognition |
