川崎病治疗新进展

川崎病又称皮肤黏膜淋巴结综合征,是一种以全身性中、小动脉炎性病变为主要病理改变的热性发疹性疾病。急性期联合应用丙种球蛋白和阿司匹林是川崎病的首选治疗方案。对于糖皮质激素的使用临床尚有争议。恢复期治疗以抗凝,溶栓为主。严重冠状动脉病变可采用外科及介入治疗。
