奈达铂与顺铂联合多西他赛治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效对比

目的比较多西他赛联合奈达铂或顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果及不良反应。方法选择笔者所在医院2010年1月～2011年12月收治的76例晚期NSCLC患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各38例。实验组使用多西他赛联合奈达铂进行化疗,对照组使用多西他赛联合顺铂进行化疗,于化疗结束后进行相关统计比较。结果实验组有效率为39.5%,对照组有效率为42.1%;实验组胃肠道反应和肾脏毒性均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组贫血发生率为50.0%,与对照组(52.6%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奈达铂联合多西他赛治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效与顺铂联合多西他赛相似,但是胃肠道反应和肾脏毒性显著减轻。

Comparison of the clinic effect of docetaxel combined with nedaplatin or cisplatin in advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To determine the efficacy and side effects for docetaxel combined with nedaplatin or cisplatin in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 76 patients were selected from January 2010 to December 2011,and 38 of them were treated with docetaxel combined with nedaplatin(test group).The rest 38 patients were treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin (control group). Results The response rate was 39.5% in the test group and 42.1% in control group.The rate of digestive reactions and nephrotoxicity were lower in the test group than in control group(P < 0.05). The anaemic rate of the test group is 50.0%,and there was no significant difference with the control group(52.6%)(P > 0.05). Conclusion Compared to the docetaxel combined with cisplatin,the efficacy of docetaxel combined with nedaplatin shows no difference but a lower digestive reactions and nephrotoxicity.
