| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我院临床药学工作开展情况。方法:通过分析现有临床药师制度和工作现状,探讨我院临床药学工作不足和改进措施。结果结论:获得医护人员和患者的理解与支持,加大培养人才力度,结合本医院专科性质阶段性开展临床药学工作,是目前较为可行的一种工作模式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analysis the development of our hospital clinical pharmacy mode. Methods:By analyzing the system and present situation of clinical pharmacist,the work insufficiency and improvement measures of the clinical pharmacist in our hospital were discussed. Results&Conclusions: Clinical pharmacy should be developed by the understanding and support from medical staff and patients,increasing the intensity of training and combining with the hospital specialist nature.That’s now a feasible working mode. |
