| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定栀龙散中的栀子苷。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈∶水(15∶85);检测波长为238nm,流速1.0ml·min-1;柱温25℃;结果:栀子苷在0.18～1.80μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.42%,RSD=1.63%。结论:该质量检测方法专属性强,可用作栀龙散的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine the geniposide in zhilong powders.Methods:Diamonsil C18(4.6nm×200nm,5μm) was used.The HPLC system consiste of acetonitrile-water(15:85)mixture as a mobile phase,detecting wavelength was set at 238nm.The flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1 and column temperaturewas at 25℃.Results:Winthinthe range of 0.18～1.80μg,there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak arer of geniposide(r=0.9999).the average recovery was 98.42%,with RSD of 1.63%.Conclusions:The method is accurate,reliable,it can be used in the quality cobtrol of Zhilong powders. |
